Jessica Harper is an American actress and singer who began her film career with a leading role in Brian De Palma's Phantom of the Paradise (1974). She gained prominence for her performance as Suzy Bannion in Dario Argento's horror classic Suspiria (1977), later reprising her role in the 2018 remake by Luca Guadagnino. Harper's filmography includes notable titles such as Love and Death (1975), My Favorite Year (1982), and Minority Report (2002). In addition to her acting career, she has authored children's music and books. Harper appeared in Bones and All (2022).
