Jesse Ventura is an American actor who appeared in Predator (1987). He gained fame as a professional wrestler, known as "Jesse 'the Body' Ventura," before transitioning to acting. His film credits include The Running Man (1987) and Abraxas, Guardian of the Universe (1990). Ventura served as the 38th governor of Minnesota from 1999 to 2003, representing the Reform Party. His political career began with his election as mayor of Brooklyn Park in 1991. In 2004, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
