Jeremy Hotz is a Canadian stand-up comic and actor who gained prominence at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in 1997, receiving a standing ovation. He has performed extensively across Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia, and has made notable appearances in films such as My Favorite Martian (1999) and Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997). Hotz's work in television includes a role in HBO Canada’s Call Me Fitz. He has received several accolades, including the Dave Broadfoot Comic Genius Award and the Jury Prize for Best International Performer at the Sydney Comedy Festival. He is preparing for his 10th national tour, "Très Misérables."
