Jennifer Esposito is an American actress who played Detective Jackie Curatola in the television series Blue Bloods. She began her career with a role in Law & Order in 1996 and gained recognition for her performance in I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998). Esposito's notable film credits include Summer of Sam (1999), where she portrayed Ruby, and Crash (2004), in which she played Ria, Don Cheadle's girlfriend. She also appeared in the comedy series Spin City and the medical drama Mercy. In 2012, she opened a gluten-free bakery in Manhattan called "Jennifer's Way Bakery." Esposito has been open about her struggle with celiac disease, which affected her role in Blue Bloods.
