Jeff Kober is an American actor who played Dodger in China Beach. He has appeared in various television series, including Jacob Hale Jr. in Sons of Anarchy and Joe in The Walking Dead. Kober's film career includes roles such as Roy Gaddis in Out of Bounds (1986) and Ponoma Joe in A Man Apart (2003). He joined the cast of General Hospital in 2020 as Cyrus Renault, a role for which he won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2022. Kober also features in the films Self Reliance (2024) and Time of Death (2025).
