Jeff Chase is a former professional football player who transitioned to acting, appearing as a stuntman in the series Dexter. He has appeared in films such as All About the Benjamins (2002) and Mission: Impossible III (2006). Chase, who is 6 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 285 pounds, played offensive tackle at West Virginia University from 1986 to 1991 before playing for the Albany Firebirds in the Arena Football League. He was involved in a notable incident while filming Dexter, where he was accidentally stabbed by actor Jimmy Smits during a scene. Chase has also been credited as Jeffrey L. Sniffen in his early career.
