Jean-Paul Ly is an award-winning stunt and action actor who made his directorial debut with the short film The Division. He has gained recognition for his contributions as an action designer, particularly for the film Jailbreak, which won Best Action Feature at the 2017 Fantasia Film Festival. Additionally, he worked on the British action-comedy Nightshooters, nominated for Best UK Feature at the 2018 Raindance Film Festival. Ly also appeared in I Am Vengeance: Retaliation (2020).
