J.D. Evermore is an American actor who starred in the film "Dylan's Ghost" (1995), which marked his transition to acting after a brief stint in college and service in the Marine Corps. He has appeared in various films including "Inside Out" (2011), "Mysterious Island" (2012), and "Stolen" (2012). Evermore's diverse background includes Irish, French, German, Cherokee, and Choctaw heritage, and he grew up in Mississippi, where he was influenced by the music scene through his mother's nightclub. His journey into acting began after he pursued a degree in theatre at The University of Southern Mississippi, leading to his participation in the Southeastern Theatre Conference. He also directed his first independent feature, "Glorious Mail" (2005).
