Jayne Atkinson is an English-born American actress who played Karen Hayes in the television series 24. She received a Tony Award nomination for her performances in The Rainmaker and Enchanted April. Atkinson portrayed BAU Section Chief Erin Strauss in the CBS drama Criminal Minds. In addition to her television work, she appeared in the film Baby Ruby in 2023.
