Jaquel Spivey is an American actor who won a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actor in a Musical. He received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actor in a Musical for his role as Usher in the Broadway production of A Strange Loop in 2022. Spivey made his film debut as Damian in the 2024 adaptation of Mean Girls and is also set to appear in the horror comedy Queens of the Dead, scheduled for release in 2025. He earned a Grammy Award nomination for the cast recording of A Strange Loop.
