Janna Levin is an American theoretical cosmologist who appeared in A Trip to Infinity (2022). She completed her PhD in theoretical physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1993 after earning a Bachelor of Science in astronomy and physics from Barnard College in 1988. Levin's research focuses on the finite nature of the universe, exploring its topology, as well as studying black holes and chaos theory. She has been part of the faculty at Barnard College since January 2004 and holds the Tow Professor grant.
