Jane Lynch is an American actress and comedian who starred as Sue Sylvester in the musical comedy series Glee (2009–2015), earning a Primetime Emmy Award for her performance. She has appeared in several notable films, including The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006), and Paul (2011). Lynch has provided voice work in animated features such as Shrek Forever After (2010) and Wreck-It Ralph (2012). Additionally, she has hosted the NBC game show Hollywood Game Night since 2013, which has garnered her two Primetime Emmy Awards.
