Jane Greer is an American actress who gained prominence for her role as a femme fatale in Out of the Past (1947). Throughout her career, she appeared in various television series, including notable guest spots on Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Bonanza, and Murder, She Wrote. Greer also had recurring roles in Falcon Crest and Twin Peaks. In addition to her film work, she humorously referenced her role in a 1987 Saturday Night Live sketch. Greer received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She starred in Against All Odds (1984).
