James Saito is an American actor who portrayed Shredder in the 1990 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He has appeared in notable films such as The Devil's Advocate, Home Alone 3, Pearl Harbor, and Die Hard: With a Vengeance. Saito's television credits include roles in MAS*H, MacGyver, Law & Order, and Sex and the City. He has a rich background in theater, performing with the East West Players and on Broadway in productions like The King and I and Golden Child. In 2007, he received an Obie Award for his performance in Julia Cho's Durango at The Public Theater. Saito also starred as Dr. Chen in the ABC drama Eli Stone.
