James Parks is an American actor who portrayed Texas Ranger Edgar McGraw in From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money (1999). He has appeared in several notable films, including Kill Bill: Volume 1 (2003), Kill Bill: Volume 2 (2004), and Death Proof (2007). Parks also acted in Machete (2010) and had a role in the French horror film Rubber (2010). He collaborated with his father, Michael Parks, in Kevin Smith's Red State (2011) and featured in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained (2012) and The Hateful Eight (2015). Parks had a guest role in the HBO series True Blood as Mack Rattray.
