James May is an English television presenter who co-hosted the popular motoring show Top Gear alongside Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond. He has presented various programs covering topics such as science, technology, and food, while also contributing a weekly column to The Daily Telegraph's motoring section. May, known by the nickname "Captain Slow" on Top Gear, is known for his careful driving style and affinity for small cars.
