James L. Edwards is an actor who began his career at the age of 12 in the low-budget horror film The Dead Next Door (1989). He became a regular actor and production team member for Tempe Entertainment, where he also served as head review writer for Alternative Cinema magazine. Edwards gained notable recognition for his role as a serial killer in Bloodletting (2005) and later produced and acted in the gritty cop drama PiG (2018). His directorial debut, the romantic drama/horror hybrid Her Name Was Christa, was released in 2020, followed by the horror anthology Brimstone Incorporated in 2021. Edwards has also co-written several independent features, including Killer Campout (2018).
