James Bentley is an actor who won a Young Artist Award for his role as Nicholas Stewart in the 2001 film The Others. He portrayed Michael Sellers in The Life and Death of Peter Sellers (2004) and Young Nero in Imperium: Nero the same year. Bentley received the Nottingham New Theatre award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2013 and repeated this achievement in 2014. He later became a fellow of the theatre in 2015. In addition to acting, Bentley has worked as a backstage manager, with his most recent project being 'Half a Sixpence.'
