Jake McDorman is an American actor who starred as Alan Shepard in the Disney+ series The Right Stuff. He gained prominence for his role in the 2014 film American Sniper and has appeared in various television shows, including CBS' Limitless from 2015 to 2016 and the ABC Family comedy-drama Greek from 2007 to 2011. His film credits include Lady Bird (2017), Happiest Season (2020), and Jerry & Marge Go Large (2022). McDorman also featured in the Showtime series Shameless (2014) and the revival of Murphy Brown (2018). He has worked on the FX series What We Do in the Shadows.
