Jacqueline Novak is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and published author whose off-Broadway show Get On Your Knees received a New York Times "Critic's Pick." Her performance in this production earned her a nomination for the 2020 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Solo Performance. In addition to her work in theater, Novak published her memoir How to Weep in Public: Feeble Offerings on Depression from One Who Knows in 2016. She co-hosts the podcast Poog with Kate Berlant, which was recognized as one of the ten best podcasts of 2021 by Time Magazine. Novak appears in A Big Bold Beautiful Journey (2025).
