Jack Gleeson is an Irish actor who played Joffrey Baratheon in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2011–2014). After his notable role, he stepped away from acting for a period, engaging in independent theatre and appearing in the 2020 BBC miniseries Out of Her Mind. Gleeson returned to film with the 2023 thriller In the Land of Saints and Sinners, and he is also set to feature in House of Guinness, scheduled for release in 2025.
