Ismail Tara is a Pakistani actor and comedian known for his extensive work in stage plays, television, and Lollywood films. He gained prominence for his performances in the television show Fifty Fifty, which aired on PTV, and has won the Nigar Award for Best Comedian five times for his roles in Haathi Mere Saathi, Aakhri Mujra, Munda Bigra Jaye, Chief Sahib, and Deewarein. His film credits include The Donkey King (2018) and Wrong No. (2015). Tara has been active in the entertainment industry since the 1980s and has also contributed as a writer for some scripts of Fifty Fifty alongside Majid Jehangir.
