Isiah Whitlock Jr. is an American actor who portrayed corrupt state senator Clay Davis in the HBO series The Wire. He gained recognition for his roles in Spike Lee's films, including She Hate Me and 25th Hour, where he played Agent Amos Flood, establishing a memorable catchphrase with his unique pronunciation of the word "shit." Whitlock's film credits include Cedar Rapids (2011) as Ronald Wilkes, who humorously impersonates Omar Little, and he appeared in Pieces of April (2003) as Eugine.
