Ilfenesh Hadera is an American actress who appeared in Oldboy (2013). She studied at the Harlem School of Arts and spent a decade working as a waitress before pursuing her acting career. Hadera has worked with director Spike Lee and is known for her role in the film Highest 2 Lowest (2025). Her father, an Ethiopian refugee, established the African Services Committee, which supports African refugees in Harlem.
