Holland Taylor is an American actress who won a Primetime Emmy Award for her performance as Judge Roberta Kittleson in The Practice (1998–2003). She earned four additional Emmy nominations for her role as Evelyn Harper on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men (2003–15). Taylor's extensive television career includes roles in Bosom Buddies (1980–82), The Naked Truth (1995–98), and the Netflix miniseries Hollywood (2020), for which she received her eighth Emmy nomination. Her film credits feature appearances in George of the Jungle (1997), The Truman Show (1998), and Legally Blonde (2001). Taylor also wrote and starred in the one-woman play Ann, earning a Tony Award nomination for her performance.
