Hervé Pierre is a French actor who joined the Comédie-Française in 2007 and became a member in 2011. He began his theatrical career in local troupes in Les Fins and later studied at the National Theatre of Strasbourg from 1974 to 1977. Pierre received the title of Best French Actor from critics in 2009 and was honored as a chevalier de l'ordre des Arts et des Lettres and Knight of the French Legion of Honour in 2011. He has appeared in various productions, including Benedetta (2021). Pierre also founded the Théâtre du Troc in 1977, leading it until 1981.
