Helene Udy is a dual citizen with a British passport who played Myra in the CBS series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. She began her acting career as a child in Canadian television, appearing in productions for networks like CBC and CTV. Udy's film credits include My Bloody Valentine (1981), The Dead Zone (1983), and Pin (1988). In addition to acting, she has produced and directed plays, with her work on Out in America earning several Backstage West Awards. Udy is also an accomplished acrobat and clown, producing a monthly underground cabaret show called Was ist Das? in Los Angeles.
