Heather Menzies is a Canadian-American actress who portrayed Louisa von Trapp in The Sound of Music (1965). She began her film career with this role, later appearing in the drama Hawaii (1966) alongside Julie Andrews. Menzies featured in a nude pictorial for Playboy in 1973. Her performances include a role in the horror film Sssssss (1973) and as a skip tracer in Piranha (1978). On television, she gained fame as Jessica in the series Logan's Run (1977). Menzies also worked with her husband Robert Urich in several projects, including Vega$ (1978).
