Hayley Mills is an English actress who won the BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer for her role in Tiger Bay (1959). She gained further recognition for her performance in Disney's Pollyanna (1960), earning the Academy Juvenile Award, and she was honored with the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actress in 1961. Mills starred in several films for Walt Disney, including her notable dual role as twins in The Parent Trap (1961). Additionally, her work in Whistle Down the Wind (1961) led to a BAFTA nomination for Best British Actress. Mills appears in Trap (2024).
