Hal Ozsan is a British actor of Turkish Cypriot descent who portrayed Michael Cassidy in the ABC Family series Kyle XY. He has appeared in various films, including Groupie (2010) and Last Moment of Clarity (2020). Ozsan also featured in the series Dawson's Creek as Todd Carr. In addition to his acting roles, he was involved in the film #Unknown (2022).
