Glen Chin was an American actor of Chinese descent who appeared in The Art of War (2000). He grew up in Stockton, California, where he was involved in drama and choir during his time at high school. Chin studied music at the University of Pacific Conservatory of Music and played with the Stockton Symphony. His film credits include 50 First Dates, The Underachievers (1987), and Knock Off (1998), while his television roles featured in Boy Meets World, Seinfeld, and Mighty Max. In the Seinfeld episode "The Opera," he portrayed Harry Fong, a character who buys a scalped ticket to an opera. Chin was also featured in Michael Jackson's music video for "Black or White."
