Giuseppe Battiston is an Italian actor, director, writer, and producer who won three David di Donatello awards. He graduated from the Paolo Grassi School of Dramatic Arts in Milan and made his directorial debut with Io Vivo Altrove! in 2023. Battiston appeared in Perfect Strangers (2016), Bread & Tulips (2000), and La Passione (2010). He portrayed Stromboli in Pinocchio (2022) on Disney + and plays a Treviso detective in Stucky. Battiston has collaborated frequently with directors Silvio Soldini, Carlo Mazzacurati, and Antonio Padovan.
