Gerd Lohmeyer is a German actor and director who studied performing arts at the Berlin University of the Arts from 1967 to 1970. He began his film career with roles in *Morgens um sieben ist die Welt noch in Ordnung* and *Die Feuerzangenbowle*, both directed by Helmut Käutner. Over the years, he has focused extensively on theater, performing at notable venues such as the Bavarian State Theater and the Munich Kammerspiele. Lohmeyer gained prominence in television with roles in series like *Tatort* and *Dahoam is Dahoam*, where he portrayed Michael Gerstl from 2009 to 2023.
