Gérard Depardieu is a French actor who starred in the title role of Cyrano de Bergerac. Since his film debut in 1967, he has appeared in around 170 films. His notable works include Green Card (1990), for which he won a Golden Globe, and he has received two César Awards for Best Actor. Depardieu has also featured in films such as Last Holiday (2006), United Passions (2014), and Creators: The Past (2020). He is a Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur and was stripped of the National Order of Quebec in 2023.
