George Houvardas is an Australian actor who played Nick "Carbo" Karandonis in the television series Packed to the Rafters. He graduated from Screenwise drama school and initially worked part-time at his family's restaurant in McMahons Point, Sydney. Houvardas later appeared in the film Transfusion (2023).
