Gene Simmons is an Israeli American musician and actor who co-founded the hard rock band Kiss in the early 1970s. As the bassist and vocalist, he is famously known as "The Demon" and was ranked 12th in Roadrunner's list of the 50 Best Frontmen in Metal History. In addition to his music career, Simmons has appeared in films such as Extract (2009).
