Gary Anthony Williams is an American actor, comedian, and filmmaker who voiced Uncle Ruckus in The Boondocks. He portrayed Anton "Bebop" Zeck in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016) and General Horace Warfield in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. His television credits include roles in Boston Legal, Malcolm in the Middle, and I'm Sorry. Williams was part of the sketch comedy series Blue Collar TV and is a cast member on the improv show Whose Line Is It Anyway?. He co-founded the L.A. Comedy Shorts Film Festival. Williams appeared in Truth or Dare (2018).
