Gale Hansen is a Minneapolis-born actor who portrayed Charlie "Nuwanda" Dalton in Dead Poets Society (1989). Raised in Seattle, he has a diverse heritage that includes German, Jewish, Russian, and American Indian roots. Hansen's film career includes appearances in Shaking the Tree (1990) and Finest Hour (1991), where he acted alongside Rob Lowe. He is currently a Creative Executive at a film finance company in Beverly Hills. Hansen's wife, Eva Quiroz, also appeared in both films with him.
