Frankie Shaw is an American actress, writer, director, and producer who created and starred in the Showtime series SMILF (2017). She gained recognition for her role as Mary Jo Cacciatore in the Spike TV series Blue Mountain State (2010–2011) and appeared as Shayla Nico in the first season of Mr. Robot. Shaw's film credits include Jay and Silent Bob Reboot (2019) and Absolution (2024). She wrote, directed, and starred in the short film that inspired SMILF.
