Frank Sivero is a European-American character actor who portrayed Genco Abbandando in The Godfather Part II (1974). He was born Francesco LoGiudice in Sicily and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. Sivero gained attention for his role as Frankie Carbone in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas (1990), a character inspired by Angelo Sepe. He also appeared in The Wedding Singer (1998) alongside Adam Sandler and had a minor role as an extra in The Godfather (1972) during a pivotal scene. His performance in The Godfather Part II caught the eye of Scorsese, leading to his casting in Goodfellas.
