Frank Harper is a British actor and film producer known for his portrayal of Billy Bright in The Football Factory (2004). He gained prominence with his role as Dog in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) and has appeared in several notable films such as South West 9 and Kevin & Perry Go Large. Harper's extensive television credits include appearances in The Bill, Doctors, Lovejoy, and Waking the Dead. In addition to his acting career, he is a dedicated fan of Millwall F.C. and has openly discussed his experiences with casual football hooliganism. Harper played the role of Jack Whomes in Rise of the Foot Soldier.
