Frank Collison is an American actor who played "Horace Bing" in the television series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman (1993). He trained at the American Conservatory Theatre and earned his BA in theatre from San Francisco State University, later obtaining an MFA in acting at UC San Diego. Collison has appeared in over 150 productions, including regional theaters in Boston, Denver, and California, as well as off-Broadway. His notable theatrical roles include "Puck" in A Midsummer Night's Dream and "Jacob Marley" in A Christmas Carol. He also appeared in the film Hidalgo (2004) and is a founding member of the Pacific Resident Theatre in Venice, California. In O Brother, Where Art Thou?, he played "Wash Hogwallop."
