Franck Gastambide is a French actor, film director, screenwriter, and producer who created the web series Kaïra Shopping in 2009, which was later adapted into a feature film in 2012. He gained experience in the film industry as a dog trainer for productions like The Crimson Rivers and The Magnificent Four. Gastambide's directorial debut, Porn in the Hood, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and became the most profitable French film of 2012, earning him the Prize for Best First Film from Le Film français. He has appeared in various films, including Taxi 5 and Restless (2022).
