Fiona Bell is a Scottish actress who portrayed Sergeant Angela McLeod in the ITV drama series Soldier Soldier (1997–1998). She has appeared in various television series, including Donna Killick in Shetland (2018) and Hilary in The Nest (2020). Bell's film credits include Finding You (2021). She developed her passion for acting at the Scottish Youth Theatre in Glasgow and graduated with a BA in Acting from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 1986.
