Félix Dufour-Laperrière is a Canadian director whose animated feature film VILLE NEUVE (2018) was entirely drawn and painted on paper. His work often explores the interplay between narrative and visual arts. Dufour-Laperrière's films have been featured in prestigious festivals, including the IFFR Rotterdam, where his documentary TRANSATLANTIQUE (2014) was presented. He also created the animated documentary essay ARCHIPELAGO, which premiered in competition at the same festival in 2021. DEATH DOES NOT EXIST is his third feature animated film.
