Felicity Huffman is an American actress who received a Golden Globe Award for her performance in the film Transamerica (2005). She gained recognition for her portrayal of Dana Whitaker in the television series Sports Night (1998–2000), which earned her a Golden Globe nomination, and for her role as Lynette Scavo in Desperate Housewives (2004–present), winning an Emmy Award.
