Fan Mei-Sheng is a Hong Kong Cantonese actor who began his film career with The Story of Sue San in 1964. He gained prominence through his work with Shaw Brothers Studio, notably portraying 'Black Whirlwind' in All Men Are Brothers. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he frequently played villainous roles in martial arts films and thrillers, with significant performances in The Magnificent Butcher and The Postman Fights Back. His filmography includes over one hundred titles, such as Year of the Dragon. In addition to acting, he has directed Amsterdam Connection and produced Dark Side of Chinatown.
