Fabien Frankel is an English actor who played Ser Harwin Strong in House of the Dragon (2022). He studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Acting in 2017. Frankel's early exposure to cinema came from weekly trips to the movies with his mother, who is also in the arts. He previously completed a Foundation Course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. His father, Mark Frankel, was an actor, and Frankel has Jewish heritage through his paternal grandmother. In House of the Dragon, he portrays a significant character in the ensemble cast.
