Eve is a Grammy Award-winning American rapper and actress who played Terri Jones in Barbershop (2002). She gained fame with her debut album, Let There Be Eve...Ruff Ryders' First Lady, which topped the Billboard 200, making her the third female rapper to achieve this milestone. In addition to her work in music, Eve has appeared in several films, including The Woodsman (2004), The Cookout (2004), and Whip It (2009). She also starred as Shelley Williams in the UPN sitcom Eve and co-hosted the CBS Daytime talk show The Talk from 2017 to 2020. Eve was recognized as one of the '30 Greatest Female Rappers Ever' by Spin in 2020.
