Evanna Lynch is an Irish actress who made her film debut in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007). She is renowned for her portrayal of Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter series, reprising the role in subsequent films including Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009) and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010). Lynch has also appeared in G.B.F. (2013) and starred in the indie drama My Name Is Emily (2015). In addition to her film work, she made her stage debut in Houdini as Bess Houdini in 2013 and participated in the revival of Disco Pigs in 2017. Lynch is also an activist for veganism and animal rights, launching the cruelty-free cosmetics brand Kinder Beauty Box.
